Marsh in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Client Manager – Business Insurance to oversee a diverse book of business, coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, build strong carrier relationships, assess risk programs, and collaborate with Producers to align on client activities. A high school diploma and 3+ years in commercial lines insurance are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority and underwriting guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Manage client accounts, ensure timely service and high satisfaction, coordinate marketing and proposals.
• Provide administrative support and assist clients with insurance needs.
• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business and maintain policy docs.
• Gather submission info for marketing and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage as required.
• Support marketing/placement of new and renewal business; prepare pre-renewal packets.
