Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager - Business Insurance to manage client accounts, coordinate marketing, and bind coverage while delivering exceptional service. You will support proposals, renewals, and documentation, and work closely with producers to align client needs with agency capabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assess clients' risk programs and provide recommendations.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams.
