Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager – Business Insurance in Minnesota to manage a diverse client book and coordinate marketing, proposals, and policy documentation. You will partner with colleagues to deliver timely service and optimize client outcomes.

You will assess client risk programs, advise on coverage enhancements, and support renewal processes while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate quotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accurate policy handling.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing, including applications and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and respond to requests.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewal reviews.
