Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager – Business Insurance to oversee a diverse book, deliver timely service, and strengthen client relationships.

You will coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and ensure accurate policy documentation while supporting clients with their insurance needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or underwriting, is detail-oriented, and holds a P&C license or is able to obtain one.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
