Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager to oversee a diverse book of business, ensure timely service delivery, and strengthen client relationships in business insurance. You will coordinate marketing, gather submission information, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation, while collaborating with teammates to drive agency goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or commercial lines, strong organizational and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or commercial lines insurance (carrier or broker preferred)
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority and underwriting guidelines preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills with ability to negotiate quotations and assess client needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
• Coordinate gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and respond promptly to requests
• Conduct risk program assessments and provide strategic coverage recommendations
• Provide risk management guidance during renewals and endorsements
