Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager to oversee a diverse book of business, coordinate the marketing process, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain accurate policy documentation.

The role also provides administrative support, helps clients with their insurance needs, and collaborates with team members to drive agency goals. Strong analytical skills and 3+ years in commercial lines are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting.
• Experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.
• Familiarity with binding authority and underwriting guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business and policy requests.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing processes and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage.
• Assist with marketing and placement of renewal business and full proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and prepare required documents.
• Assess client risk programs and provide strategic recommendations for coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals and endorsements.
