Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a site-based client liaison to bridge communication between the client and Crane Worldwide operations teams. You will ensure KPI reporting accuracy and promptly escalate shipment issues for resolution.

Responsibilities include managing client requests, supporting new client implementations, and training staff on warehouse systems to meet mutual goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics or operations is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact at the site and be available for escalation.
• Coordinate between client and Crane Worldwide operations teams.
• Manage client KPI data and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Escalate shipment issues promptly to ensure resolution.
• Assist in new client implementations from system/process perspectives.
• Train staff on warehouse systems and procedures.
