Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Liaison/Account Coordinator at our Kentucky site. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate between the client and our global operations network, and drive KPI performance and issue resolution.

The role includes supporting new client implementations and collaborating with operations to meet mutual goals. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics or client coordination, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics or client coordination.
• Strong leadership and written/spoken communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal operations for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with client at site and be available for escalation.
• Intermediary for communication between client and Crane Worldwide network.
• Maintain and identify problems with client KPIs; escalate issues promptly.
• Manage client requests and follow up to ensure client needs are met.
• Lead or assist in new client implementation from system/process perspective.
• Work with operations staff and client teams to implement new processes.
