Job summary

Crane Worldwide in Irving, TX seeks a site-based liaison to act as primary client contact and escalation point. You’ll coordinate between the client and Crane Worldwide operations teams, manage client requests, and ensure KPI reporting is accurate.

You will lead in implementing new client requirements, plan warehouse layouts, train staff on systems, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong communication and teamwork across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience or combination experience and education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships at a site level.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact with client at the site and escalation point.
• Coordinate between client and Crane Worldwide operations teams.
• Maintain client KPI tracking and ensure accurate reporting.
• Escalate issues promptly to insure quick resolution.
• Plan layout of warehouse and storage areas.
• Lead or assist in new client implementation requirements.
• Train staff on warehouse systems, processes, and procedures.
