Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an on-site Operations Liaison to serve as the primary client contact at the site. You will bridge the client and Crane Worldwide network, managing requests and KPIs to ensure service excellence.

You will escalate shipment issues promptly, support new client implementations, and work with operations to optimize warehouse layouts and processes. Forklift certification is expected, with related safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or account management.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with client at that site and be available for escalation.
• Work as intermediary between client and Crane Worldwide operations teams.
• Maintain and identify problems with client KPIs.
• Escalate shipment issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage all client requests and follow up to meet their needs.
• Lead or assist in new client implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with operations staff to implement new processes.
• Learn to operate and train employees on warehouse systems and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
