Job summary

The Bernard Group in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of Marketing On Demand platforms for new clients. You will translate client needs into platform solutions, coordinating with Sales, Design, Development and Production to deliver high‑quality results.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines, and acting as a trusted consultant on site layout and product additions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of print experience preferred.
• 3+ years in Account Management or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Marketing On Demand (MOD) platforms for new clients as primary contact.
• Organize and facilitate client and internal team meetings and status updates.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and product lists.
• Advise clients on site layout, categorization, and product additions.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery through resource planning.
• Collaborate with design and development teams and review client assets before launch.
• Manage ongoing site maintenance and updates, including user management.
• Provide platform reports and assist with billing and growth updates.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
