Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments of the WorkMarket platform for new clients. You will partner with clients to understand objectives, requirements, and operational needs, then design and execute implementation plans to drive adoption and compliance.

Responsibilities include configuring solutions, delivering client training, managing milestones, and coordinating go-live activities to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B client implementation, consulting or project management environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support client communications and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of ADP WorkMarket.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate client requirements into platform configurations and plans.
