Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and administer the Dotti platform after customer onboarding. You will manage multi-location client data, profiles, budgets, and product attributes to ensure accurate configurations and scalable operations.

Collaborate with Production, Scheduling, Kit Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure technology supports manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of Account Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in print, direct mail and/or signage.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer the Dotti platform after customer onboarding.
• Manage client database components: locations, products, profiles, budgets.
• Configure Dotti Shop functionality: catalogs, pricing, discounts, and items.
• Test releases, validate functionality, and implement new features.
• Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to align processes.
• Translate customer data into scalable workflows for orders and fulfillment.
• Communicate program status and requirements to stakeholders.
