You will develop strategic account plans, nurture long-term relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and leverage CRM tools to analyze market trends and optimize outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

Proven track record managing large key accounts in a professional setting.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to grow accounts.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs and industry trends.
Leadership and mentorship experience for junior account staff.
Background in business, marketing or related field.
Proficient with CRM systems and sales data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to hit targets and grow opportunities.
Build and maintain enduring client relationships through regular communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot risks and opportunities.
