Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a driven Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a defined portfolio of commercial accounts and run it like a business within our organization.

You will protect and grow recurring revenue, build executive-level client relationships, and uncover new revenue opportunities across each account. This field-based leadership role requires accountability, strong problem-solving, and consistent driver of results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B account management or field service.
• Proven ability to grow revenue within accounts.
• Strong communication and leadership without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel across East Knoxville and Tri-Cities.
• Comfort with performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of commercial clients and run it like a business within our company.
• Grow recurring revenue, protect and expand accounts, and build executive-level relationships.
• Lead service-provider performance, hold contractors and vendors accountable, ensure quality.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to meet client expectations.
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities within each account and manage CRM records.
