Job summary

Premier Service, a leading Chicagoland landscape contractor, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, act as the primary client liaison, and drive revenue through upselling and retention.

The role requires strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, irrigations, and relationships. You will conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely service while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration.
