Job summary

Premier Service Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts in the Chicagoland area.

You will serve as the primary liaison, drive revenue through upselling and renewals, and ensure service excellence through proactive relationship management. The role requires 3+ years in account management (landscape experience preferred), strong communication and organization, and a valid driver’s license for regular site visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration.
