Job summary

Bedrock Landscaping is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee commercial client relationships, coordinate landscape maintenance, and ensure service quality. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with field operations to address questions, schedule work, and drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate proposals, property assessments, and renewal support.

Qualifications

• Previous account management or customer service experience preferred.
• Commercial landscaping or property management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned commercial landscape clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, requests, concerns, and service needs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure landscaping meets Bedrock standards and client expectations.
• Communicate service expectations, property needs, and corrective actions to field supervisors and crews.
• Follow up with customers regarding service quality and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, improvements, seasonal services, irrigation repairs, and additional landscaping services.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for enhancement and additional service opportunities.
• Monitor approved enhancement projects and coordinate with operations to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Participate in client meetings and property walks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, property needs, proposals, and follow-up items.
• Assist with account renewals and client retention efforts.
• Monitor account performance and address service, labor, or profitability concerns.
• Coordinate with operations, irrigation, enhancements, and other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Respond promptly to urgent customer or property concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Bedrock Landscaping positively with customers and property management teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
