Premier Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, serving as the primary client liaison to ensure service excellence and drive revenue through upselling and renewals.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, organization, and relationship management skills, with regular site visits and close coordination with operations to deliver quality service on time and within contract terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (landscape experience preferred).
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, construction, and irrigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth through upselling and renewals.
• Conduct site visits and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support accounts receivable and internal team collaboration.
