Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Client Account Executive to grow revenue from the existing client base. You will build relationships, understand client objectives, and tailor Paylocity’s HCM solutions to meet their needs.

The role requires a hybrid schedule with in-office presence in Meridian, ID several days per week and strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Base pay plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Self-driven, ambitious professional with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu in Meridian office).
• Possess understanding of Paylocity’s products, services, tools, and processes.
• Prospect and qualify current clients for Paylocity’s HCM solutions.
• Present products and services, conduct webinars, prepare proposals, and follow up through sales cycle.
• Handle objections and collaborate with Sales Managers on strategy.
• Close ancillary business to meet quotas and maintain activity levels.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM data accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
