Job summary

Paylocity, an award-winning cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks an HCM Account Executive. You will prospect and develop business with mid-sized clients (49–499 employees) in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, using a consultative approach to close new and expanded agreements.

This fully remote (U.S. only) role requires availability five days a week during designated hours and offers a comprehensive benefits package, a commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ sales experience
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities consistently
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients
• Prepare and present proposals with follow-up
• Organize and obtain documentation for client onboarding
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client transitions
• Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals and networks
• Maintain relationships with broker channels and referrals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
