Paylocity is seeking a Client Account Executive in Meridian, ID to generate revenue through the existing client base. You will develop business relationships, align Paylocity solutions to client objectives, and drive growth across the HCM platform.

The role requires understanding Paylocity products, delivering product demos via webinar, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will operate on a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, supporting customer success and strategic sales

Formación

• 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Self-driven, ambitious professional with the desire to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with client base to generate revenue.
• Identify client business objectives and align Paylocity solutions accordingly.
• Demonstrate products via webinars and presentations; prepare proposals and follow up.
• Prospect and qualify current clients for HCM solutions.
• Close ancillary business to meet monthly and yearly quotas.
• Maintain CRM with accurate, up-to-date client information.
