As part of the Sales & Marketing team in Schaumburg, IL, the Client Account Executive will build client relationships, identify objectives, and tailor Paylocity solutions to drive revenue while managing a robust sales pipeline on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience and quota attainment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to persuade, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication and active listening.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
• Comfort with CRM software and building a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid schedule in Schaumburg office Tue-Thu.
• Understand Paylocity products, services, sales tools, and processes.
• Prospect and qualify current clients for Paylocity’s HCM solutions.
• Present Paylocity products via webinars and demonstrations; prepare proposals and follow up.
• Handle objections and collaborate with Sales Managers on strategies.
• Close ancillary business to meet quotas and maintain activity.
