Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience.
• Or 5 years' related experience with or without additional degree.
• Requires valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet physical and time-based requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for resolving client issues across accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for timely reconditioning.
• Build relationships with clients, review vehicles in sales lineup, and complete reconditioning estimates.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Manheim/CAI products as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with PII policies, safety guidelines, and client SLA requirements.
