DM Injury Law is seeking an entry-level Settlement Support Specialist to assist with the settlement payment process and deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and organization. The role contributes to timely resolution of claims and a positive client experience under the guidance of the legal team.

Key responsibilities include handling settlement-related documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with attorneys, insurance companies, and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year in customer service role.
• Good written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and others regarding settlement documents, payments, and next steps.
• Assist with preparation, collection, review, and organization of insurance-related documents (releases, affidavits, settlement paperwork).
• Maintain accurate records of case activity, communications, documents, and payment information.
• Prepare and update payment logs to ensure timely payments and follow-ups.
