DM Injury Law, LLC is seeking an entry-level Settlement Support Specialist to assist with settlement payments and client service during the final stages of cases. You will coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and attorneys to keep documents and payments on track.

This role emphasizes communication, organization, and follow-through; no legal experience required, with a base salary and potential annual bonus. A supportive team and growing firm await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 1-year in customer service role.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay on track in a deadline-driven environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties regarding settlement-related documents, payments, and next steps.
• Assist with the preparation, collection, review, and organization of insurance-related documents, including releases, affidavits, and other settlement paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of case activity, communications, documents, and payment information.
• Prepare and update payment logs, helping ensure payments are received and outstanding items are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to support the settlement process.
• Respond to client questions regarding the settlement process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to a positive client experience.
