• Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system.
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Draft routine correspondence and case documents; assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and settlements.
