Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service for our clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive safety and compliance, act as the primary client contact, and leverage BI tools to track metrics, optimize staffing, reduce overtime, and protect people and property while achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the listed degrees with relevant management experience.
• Minimum two years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service and protection.
• Leverage BI/AI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve profitability.
