Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service organization.
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service organization.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service organization.

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll and evaluations to build high-performing teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Leverage AI and BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce overtime for efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain safety, training, and operational standards, manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
