Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to provide welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients at the branch. You will greet clients, assist with account opening and servicing, and guide customers through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their financial needs.

You will collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service, manage lobby traffic, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while helping clients achieve

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, check-in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
