JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome and assist clients, deliver personalized financial solutions, and help expand relationships through excellent service and digital tools.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, promote Chase Mobile App and online banking, and work with specialists on more complex needs while adhering to banking policies and industry regulations. This role requires weekend hours and branch availability.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
