Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
