Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in our branch network to lead client engagement and provide tailored financial solutions. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, meet them in person or by phone, and promote a high level of service while utilizing digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

The role requires a strong emphasis on compliant banking practices, effective communication, and the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust—ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
