The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and collaboration with a team of experts to address complex financial needs while maintaining high service standards within branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven client acquisition and results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone, tailoring features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency of client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Perform branch operations while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
