Qualifications

• Experience creating memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication with clients in person and on the phone.
• Strong ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Education: high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Use consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to strengthen relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
