JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch. You will welcome and assist clients, leverage banking solutions, and provide thoughtful financial guidance to address their needs.

The role focuses on delivering hospitable service, educating clients on technology, and building lasting relationships while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualificações

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients and elevate the client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
