Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail – consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with risk and training requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
