Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify deposit and loan needs, guide options, and open accounts or take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and refer to other bank services.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge.
