Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related banking or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and refer to bank partners when appropriate.
• Support Banking Center Manager with training and sales-focused activities; coach associates as needed.
