Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to assess financial goals and offer banking solutions.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to meet sales goals.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with disclosures, compliance, and risk management as needed.
• Support sales and product knowledge meetings and training.
