Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client experiences from initiation to close-out. The role requires coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You will serve as the main client liaison, ensuring proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and hands-on coordination across teams. Travel about 30% and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Experience with graphics, production, or event logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, installations, and costs.
• Provide expert consulting and creative solutions during planning.
• Conduct site surveys and obtain accurate field measurements.
• Create and implement installation plans coordinating resources and vendors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget, tracking milestones and risks.
• Prepare art templates and manage artwork delivery and approvals with clients and production team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Document approvals, changes, and scheduling records thoroughly.
• Manage client approval process, lead times, and rush fees information.
• Assist team members and keep departments informed of project status.
