Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Project Manager to lead new product development from concept to launch. You will be the primary contact for customers and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to keep projects on time and within scope.

In this role you define scope, timelines and budgets, maintain project plans, and drive communication across teams to translate client needs into actionable plans with strong attention to detail and service excellence.

• Define project scope, timeline and budgets with stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of all ongoing projects and progress.
• Explain project approach during business development discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Lead regular status meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans with R&D, Quality and Operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain for materials availability during development/testing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain detailed project documentation.
• Cultivate relationships with clients to foster trust and exceptional service.
