Socket.dev is seeking a Construction Manager to lead project execution across multiple sites. You will oversee customer relations, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors to ensure quality service and timely delivery.

Applicants should have proven construction management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel. This role requires on-site work, driving to sites, and commitment to safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope, estimate and terms.
• Collect deposits and draws.
• Identify, qualify and schedule subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors to provide service on active projects.
• Create project schedule and timeline.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of services.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and resolve issues.
• Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all work performed complies with plans, safety policy, specifications, local codes and permits.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Review budgets and assist in collecting final payment.
• Manage all warranty activities.
