Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and monitor customer-facing technical projects from initiation through delivery. The role ensures on-time, on-budget completion with high customer satisfaction, working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

You will plan projects, allocate resources, estimate efforts, execute, implement, and provide ongoing support while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Willingness to visit local customer sites ~25% of the time.
• Must be able to work Central and Eastern Time Zone schedules.
• Experience handling project budgets of 2–5 million dollars preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project priorities, scope, resources, and deliverable timing with stakeholders and customers.
• Assist with planning, design alternatives, and solution formulation.
• Monitor deliverables and maintain clear communication with project members and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues arising from customer interactions to improve satisfaction and relationships.
• Prepare progress and issue reports for management and customers.
• Ensure projects align with corporate plans and customer expectations.
