Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience in roles like HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and employment processes.
• FMLA, leave administration, employment law, and HR compliance knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive HR support.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, compliance, and best practices.
• Advise on employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with employee relations investigations and recommended actions.
• Support FMLA, leaves of absence, and related processes.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, HR documentation, and required paperwork.
• Provide benefits administration support and answer questions.
