Job summary

PRO Resources seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to multiple client organizations, aligning HR programs with business goals and employee needs. You will partner with client leadership on talent management, compliance, and employee relations to support diverse industries.

The role requires deep employment law knowledge, strong HRIS skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships while traveling to worksites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a PEO or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with client leadership and resolve HR issues.
• Advise on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR programs, revise job descriptions, and train managers.
• Coach supervisors and employees on HR procedures and performance management.
