Pinnacle Employee Services (PES) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for client organizations, providing consultative support across HR, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compliance. The HRBP builds client relationships, guides employment matters, and coordinates with internal experts to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR outsourcing environments.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a consultative, trusted advisor to client leadership on HR & benefits.
• Respond to HR, payroll, benefits, and employment inquiries.
• Manage HR and benefits initiatives across client accounts.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex matters to internal experts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Attend unemployment hearings and ensure compliance.
• Develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and training.
• Coordinate payroll and workers' compensation processes.
• Conduct weekly client meetings or visits (minimum five).
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Excel and related tools.
