Consolidated Employer Services in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to client organizations. You will work directly with business owners, managers, and employees to provide practical HR guidance across benefits, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in generalist/partner roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits, compliance, and employment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain confidentiality.

• Serve as primary HR contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Advise on employee relations, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
• Support FMLA, leaves of absence, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Develop HR training, handbooks, and policies.
• Manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Escalate high-risk matters to CES leadership.
