Job summary

PrestigePEO seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary client contact and manage day-to-day HR activities for worksite employees. You will provide consultation, guidance, and resolution across a portfolio of clients and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance teams.

You will drive onboarding, policy development, employee relations, and training initiatives while supporting technology tools and PrestigePRO demonstrations. Travel to clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Multi-state compliance experience preferred.
• PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients' HR needs and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for clients and worksite employees.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and other internal teams to address client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Conduct client visits (virtual/in-person) to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and policy development.
• Learn and use PrestigePRO product demonstrations for clients.
