Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits to varying client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage client relationships, meeting in person or by phone to tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
